Terms of sale

• All offers are subject to prior sale and stock confirmation.
• Minimum order quantity is one full pallet unless agreed otherwise in writing.
• Incoterms (FOB, CIF, EXW, DDP) are specified per proforma invoice and govern transfer of risk and cost.
• Goods are sold for distribution in the destination market stated on the order. Onward diversion may breach supplier terms.
• Claims relating to quantity or condition must be raised within 7 days of delivery, with photographic evidence.
